Dr Daniel Abbondanza
Dr. Daniel Abbondanza graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia in 2003. He loves aesthetic dentistry, especially when it comes to implants. In 2009, he topped his class in implant dentistry at UCLA. He’s also big on professional involvement, representing Western Australia in the Australian Prosthodontic Society and being part of the Australian Osseointegration Society.
Dr. Daniel has expertise tissue reconstruction before implant surgery and computer-guided surgery. He’s been mentoring on this since 2009 and has been using advanced techniques like the All-On-Four since 2007.
Daniel’s not just about practice; he’s into teaching too. He’s lectured internationally and holds a position as Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia.
His research interests? Bone metabolism, tissue regeneration, and the clinical use of 3D printing. He’s all about finding the best solution for each patient, especially in implant rehab.

Dr Caroline Kowalski
Dr. Caroline Kowalski is a distinguished dental professional who obtained her Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours from King’s College University in London in 2011, following her earlier achievement of a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery from The University of Birmingham in 2003.
Having amassed a wealth of experience in various hospitals throughout the UK, Dr. Kowalski spent six years specializing in head and neck, ENT, plastic, and maxillofacial surgery before transitioning into private practice. She holds prestigious memberships with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.
Dr. Kowalski is widely recognized for her expertise in minimally invasive and cosmetic dentistry, as well as her proficiency in facial aesthetics (including fillers and wrinkle relaxers), orthodontics (with a particular emphasis on Invisalign®), and digital prosthodontics. Dr. Kowalski also has experience with All-on-4 full smile rehabilitation, providing transformative solutions for patients seeking comprehensive dental restoration and rehabilitation.
With her friendly and thorough approach, Dr. Kowalski ensures that her patients fully understand all procedures and treatment options available to them. Moreover, she is fluent in multiple languages, including Polish, Spanish, and Swedish.

Dr David Burgos y Luque
Dr David Burgos y Luque obtained his State Examination in Dentistry from The University of Muenster, Germany in 2016.
Dr David possesses a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and periodontal treatment. However, his commitment to oral healthcare extends beyond mere dental restoration; he is passionate about educating, inspiring, and empowering patients to cultivate healthy habits and enhance their overall well-being. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in managing patients with dental anxiety.
Prior to joining Accent Dental Care in 2022, Dr David garnered valuable experience through various positions in dental practices across Germany. Speaking English and German fluently, as well as some Spanish, he ensures effective communication and care for patients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Dr Peter Wroth
Dr Peter Wroth is the founding and senior Partner of Accent Dental Care. He graduated from the Dental School at the University of Western Australia in 1976 and after several years working overseas as a newly graduated dentist, bought a long and well established practice from the late Kevin Sullivan in the early 1980’s, renaming it Accent Dental Care in 2002. Dr Wroth relocated Accent Dental Care, to an award winning Levitch designed fit-out on the mezzanine floor at 190 St Georges Terrace, in the heart of Perth’s CBD.
Dr Wroth graduated in 1976 and worked for the public health service in the north of Western Australia until 1978, then in the United Kingdom for 2years. On his return to Western Australia he entered private practice, which he has continued until the present time. Dr Wroth completed initial instruction in full arch implant prosthetics with Dr Patrick Henry in 1991.
Restorative Implant Dentistry 2 program in 2001, Surgical Implant Dentistry program 2003, Guided Bone Augmentation program 2006 and has attended numerous national and international dental conferences and meetings on implant, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. He maintains memberships to the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Prosthodontic Society, the Dental Study Group W.A. and the Australian Osseo-integration Society.
Dr Wroth has also completed advanced training in Invisalign TM orthodontics. Invisalign is successful in treating overly crowded or widely spaced teeth.
Dr Wroth has maintained his status as a general dentist but has a particular interest and expertise in aesthetic (cosmetic) and implant dentistry. A strong artistic flair and his skill and knowledge are evident with his approach to smile makeovers. These are supported by many patient testimonials.

Dr Pak Poon
With over sixteen years of experience, Dr Pak Poon is passionate about helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. He believes in the importance of early diagnosis, preventative care, and clear communication to support long-term oral health. His calm and friendly approach helps patients feel at ease throughout their dental journey.
Dr Pak holds a Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics from King’s College London. He uses these advanced skills to deliver natural, long-lasting results and has a special interest in:
- Smile design and aesthetic restorations
- Full mouth rehabilitation
- Restoring worn and damaged teeth
- Invisalign treatment for discreet teeth straightening
He continues to further his knowledge in implant surgery and digital dentistry to ensure his patients receive the most up-to-date care. In addition to English, Dr. Pak also speaks Cantonese.
Community care is close to his heart. He has volunteered with programs like ReBuilding Smiles (supporting survivors of domestic violence) and provided dental services to refugees and vulnerable individuals through TIMA and St. Patrick’s Community Support Centre.
Outside the clinic, Dr Pak keeps active with running and racquet sports, and loves unwinding at the piano.
